After a three year strategic focus, NAWBO changed the national governance structure in 2005. In March, 2006, all chapters will follow suit, rewriting their By-Laws and creating either a Strategic Board of Directors or a Functional Board of Directors, each with a focus on Servant Leadership and serving NAWBO's most precious asset - YOU - our members.
