Sara Garcés Roselli, RED F Marketing, LLC

Sara became President of RED F in 2005 after purchasing the business with her partner. Working with the world’s best companies and helping them to re-define the future of marketing is RED F’s long term goal. Providing leadership for the organization’s Core Values and making sure that they are brought to life while working with clients is one of her key responsibilities. RED F has been ranked as the #1 fastest growing private marketing company in the U.S. by INC. magazine in 2004 and 2006. In a few short years, RED F has become one of the largest local marketing agencies as ranked by the Charlotte Business Journal. And in recognition of the attractive and innovative working culture Sara and Dan have created, RED F was honored with Charlotte Work/Life Award in both 2006 and 2007.

Sara serves on the United Way Marketing Committee, is a founding member of the Business Innovation and Growth Council (BIG) and is an active member of the Latin American Chamber of Commerce of Charlotte (LACCC), NAWBO and the Diversity Council of the Carolinas and participates in several other professional organizations dedicated to advancing minorities and women in business. In addition, Sara is bi-lingual, bi-cultural and of Colombian descent. She is passionate about children’s initiatives and started the Garces-Roselli Foundation for Children in 1996 that focus’ on Leadership Development for young people.

Colleen Brannan, BRANSTORM PR & Marketing, Inc.

Colleen Brannan is the president of BRANSTORM PR & Marketing Inc., a firm she founded in early 2006. Her background spans a wide range of categories and includes work for big consumer brands such as Hanes, Chick-fil-A, Bissell, MCI, Newell Rubbermaid and Wachovia. With a mission of strategic creativity, BRANSTORM helps clients, from real estate developers to race car drivers, build brand awareness. Colleen's creativity and opportunistic eye have earned her a stellar reputation, an enviable client roster and numerous industry awards.

She currently serves on the board of directors for the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Charlotte and Room at the Inn, a non profit serving unwed mothers and their children. She's also an active member of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) and the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce. A NAWBO member and member partner since early 2007, Brannan is President Elect of our organization.

Jane Rabinovitz, Jane's Gems Boutique

Jane Rabinovitz is a certified gemologist and owner of Jane’s Gems Boutique. After living in Paris for several years, Jane chose to share her passion for “all that glitters” and opened her Boutique in 2006. She has travelled extensively throughout the world, dedicating herself to bringing unique collections of fine jewelry to the women of Charlotte.  Jane’s mission is to guide her clients toward jewelry selection that truly reflects and complements who they are.  In addition, she is committed to educating her clients and conducts workshops on the fascinating world of gems.

Jane is committed to her community and to being a philanthropic business owner. Currently, she serves on the Corps de Ballet, a volunteer group supporting North Carolina Dance Theatre , is a sponsor of the Annual Women’s Spring Lecture and has served as a Board of Directors member of Actor’s Theatre of Charlotte. She makes in-kind contributions to a variety of charitable organizations including Assistance League of Charlotte and has held events in her Boutique for the benefit of The V Foundation for cancer research.
